Cancel the order
- Once placed, your order will be processed as soon as possible, so it may not be possible to cancel the order being processed. (To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at email within 24 hours and we will attempt to stop or modify the order.)
- Once an item has produced or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- All sales of custom made items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements. Items with "engraved", "moissanite ", "designer", "custom", "personalized", "photo", "personalized jewelry" and final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
- All returns must be unused, unworn and re-sellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. Tripodjewelry does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
- The item must be returned with its original packing.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Please note that if an item is returned to us for non-payment of duties and taxes, we will charge a 30% restocking fee.
- Packages shipped back to us as rejected or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
- Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Tripodjewelry, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. - Tripodjewelry will provide prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If Tripodjewelry were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.

Return Conditions
- For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unworn, unworn, undamaged, re-sellable condition, have the original tags attached and the original packaging. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.
